How do I get my free packaging materials from P3?

Once you submit a Ruckus trade-in request via web form, email or phone our purchasing team will send you a value assessment and offer.

If you accept our offer, our logistics team will determine the amount and type of boxes, bubble wrap and packing tape required to effectively ship your used wireless aps.

We send you all required boxes and packaging, including prepaid shipping labels for the return trip. We can also help arrange for a shipping carrier to pick up your packages when you’re ready.

Does P3 offer network deinstallation and on-site equipment removal?

Yes! If you have Ruckus WiFi, Switching or other IT gear that is still physically installed in your network or in storage, we can handle their secure deinstallation and removal as part of the purchasing process.

Just specify this requirement in your wireless sales quote request and our logistics team will work with you to figure out the details.

Contact our Ruckus asset recovery team and let us know the model numbers of the used wireless access points you are trying to sell. We specialize in Cisco, Meraki and Ruckus technologies, so if you need help identifying a particular wireless AP just give us a call, we’re here to help. P3 Systems can also help locate serial numbers and model numbers from your Ruckus ZoneDirector console if you don’t have physical access to the wireless APs at the moment.
