It supports 2x2:2 MU-MIMO on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, delivering up to 1.774 Gbps aggregate throughput and managing up to 512 concurrent client connections.

With BeamFlex+ adaptive antenna technology, the R550 optimizes coverage and mitigates interference using multiple directional antenna patterns. It also includes ChannelFly® dynamic channel selection, which uses machine learning to maximize throughput by avoiding congested channels.
