The Cisco Refresh product offering includes equipment that is re-manufactured by Cisco, designated with an “-RF” suffix. This is not to be confused with the Excess program is marked “-WS” and comprised of used Cisco hardware. While Cisco Excess hardware is not brand new or fully refurbished by Cisco, it is 100% Smart Net ready, equipped with valid IOS software and is relicensed by Cisco for resale.
