The Cisco WS-C3850-48P-L next generation stackable Ethernet switches provide a platform for access and aggregation layer networking, offering a powerful single point of convergence between wired and wireless networking. Providing PoE , multiple cutting edge wireless standards, and a huge array of interchangeable interface modules, fans, and power supply options, the WS-C3850-48P-L can be custom outfitted to perform in a wide variety of access or aggregation networking scenarios.

With 48 Ports providing up to 435W of PoE power, optional upgrades for additional 1G or 10G SFP ports, and the powerful IP Services feature set, the WS-C3850-48P-L is the most affordable of the 3850-48P switches. Two other feature sets are available for this model, including the IP Base feature set (WS-C3850-48P-S) and the powerful IP Services feature set (WS-C3850-48P-E). Additional PoE Power is available on the WS-C3850-48F-L, which supplies up to 800W.
