The Cisco Desk Phone 9871 brings a new standard to desk phones, built for working in modern office environments.

Included on each phone is the newly released PhoneOS software that simplifies the user experience and compliments our video portfolios. RoomOS devices give a seamless experience from desk to meeting room. With expanded functionality, the Desk Phone 9871 combines secure enterprise calling, meetings, desk reservations, sustainability, and emergency notifications all in one device. You don’t need to buy a Dedicated device for each feature – all the features are built into each phone.

The Cisco 9800 series Desk Phones reduce the complexity of purchasing, deploying, managing, and training. To further simplify, you can use one device for Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Webex Calling, Broadworks, or other 3rd party cloud call platforms (Vonage, CallRail, etc). Alongside Cisco’s extensive telepresence portfolio, the 9800 series is positioned to help transform the workplace by bridging the gap between hybrid work, calling, and meetings.
