Description

The Cisco Catalyst 4500-X Series Switch is a fixed aggregation switch that meets business growth objectives with scalability, simplification of network virtualization, and integrated network services for space-constrained environments. The 4500-X delivers up-to 800 Gbps of switching capacity, capable of scaling up to 1.6-Tbps capacity with the VSS technology. In addition, this series of switches is enhanced with application monitoring through Flexible Netflow and eight ports of line rate bidirectional Switched/Remote Port Analyzer.

There are two versions of the 750 W AC-input power supply: the C4KX-PWR-750AC-R power supply, which has front-to-back airflow , has a release lever that is color-coded burgundy, indicating the warm side. The alternative -F power supply has the airflow reversed, and is color-coded blue. Both power supplies provide 750 W of power, and come with two LEDS mounted on the lower left corner of the front pane, which will indicate the status of the power supply.
